The family-friendly and well-maintained three-star Camping Laguna Village borders directly on the picturesque Laguna of Caorle and is the perfect holiday paradise for the whole family. Direct access to the fine sandy beach of the Italian Adriatic and the newly renovated pool area guarantees non-stop water fun for young and old. Take a dip in the semi-Olympic pool and then relax in the whirlpool. The Italian midday rest - also called "siesta" - is best enjoyed in the pleasant natural shade of the pine and poplar trees typical of the climate.
If you want to start the day in a typical Italian way, you should treat yourself to a cappuccino and a brioche warm from the oven at the camp's own bar. You can feast to your heart's content in the restaurant directly on the campsite or in one of the numerous traditional trattorias or fish restaurants in the area. Here you will find both the classics of Italian cuisine and selected regional specialities of the Veneto on the menu.
For active holidays, the trained animation team offers a varied and action-packed programme for all ages, both during the day and in the evening. From Minidisco for the very young to various sports tournaments for the older ones: there is something for everyone.
The campsite borders directly on the picturesque lagoon of Caorle, whose beauty Ernest Hemingway once fell in love with and wrote about in his novel "Across the River and into the Woods". This unique landscape can be experienced particularly well from the water. Start a tour on board the "Bragozzo Serenissima", which docks near the campsite twice a day during the high season. On this traditional wooden boat, you can explore even the most remote corners of the lagoon and let yourself be enchanted by the pristine nature.
If you can't get enough of the water, you should take a trip to the huge water amusement park Caribe Bay (approx. 25 km) near Lido di Jesolo: A Caribbean oasis on the Adriatic coast with seven themed areas, countless attractions and currently the highest water slide in the world.
Things are much quieter in the small, idyllic towns in the Venice backland. Here you can stroll leisurely through the narrow streets, try a cappuccino or traditionally made ice cream in a street café and enjoy the proverbial "Dolce Vita".
You can experience pure culture in the historic towns in the area, such as Vicenza, Verona and Padua, which enchant with the charm of past centuries. The buildings and canals of Venice, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are particularly worth seeing. Immerse yourself in the special atmosphere of this unique city, which seems to float on hundreds of stilts above the water of the lagoon. Stroll through the historic alleys of the world-famous "La Serenissima" and let yourself be enchanted by this unique flair.
